We recently produced a really fun spot for the Village Green housing community from Castle & Cooke homes. It has a big cast for a 60 second spot, including children and a dog! The sound design was particularly fun to work on in this spot.

We are very happy to have recently welcomed back Qdoba to our studios for a whole new round of radio production – and this time they returned with a brand new creative agency, Sterling-Rice Group! You can check out a sampling of the new productions below, which should be airing now.

BIG HISTORY, the amazing documentary series that aired on H2 last Fall, is now available on DVD and Blu-Ray!

The series was produced by Flight 33 Productions and narrated by Breaking Bad series star Bryan Cranston. Cranston’s narration for the show was recorded right here at Double RR Studios!

Big History for H2, produced by the fine people at Flight 33 productions! It’s an original 10 hour series that will premiere November 2nd at 10pm and is narrated by Breaking Bad star, Mr. Cranston! We have already recorded narration for several episodes here at Double R Studios and will be continuing to do so in coming weeks!

Each episode of BIG HISTORY will begin with an iconic topic from the pages of traditional history such as the Great Pyramids, The Titanic or the American Revolution but then will spin into surprising journeys through other fields, weaving together insights and evidence from various disciplines such as astronomy, physics, chemistry, biology, anthropology, history and economics. A little while back we had our frequent visitor Bryan Cranston in the studios here are Double R to work on a very special project – we were recording a large chunk of Tim O’ Brien’s now classic collection of semi-autobiographical Vietnam War short stories for Audible! The release of this fantastic audio book has finally been announced, so we can share it with everybody!
