We recently got to do some ADR and promotional work with Bryan Cranston for his upcoming drug cartel drama, “The Infiltrator!” The first trailer is now up.

HBO’s adaptation of the Tony award-winning Broadway play is coming this May! We had the opportunity to record ADR with Bryan Cranston on this great project directed by Jay Roach. A new trailer is available now.

The Following is a massive expansion to Dying Light from Techland, and it’s now out! We did all of the voice over recording here at Double RR Studios, along with the facial motion capture recordings. XCheck out the trailer before.

We recently had the pleasure of working with the film Absolutely Anything doing ADR work during the post-production process. The movie is directed by Terry Jones of Monty Python, and features an all star cast featuring all the Python members, Simon Pegg, Kate Beckinsale, Eddie Izzard, Rob Riggle, and Robin Williams doing voice over in his last role.

We recently recorded some new spots for Chicago’s First American Bank for Matrix Marketing and we had Radio Commercial Royalty in the house! Joining us were Christine Coyle and Dick Orkin playing their celebrated “Grandma and Dickie” characters, as well as terrific comedic actors Miriam Flynn and Jim Staahl!

A new audiobook narrated by Sandy Orkin and recorded and edited at Double RR Studios has been released. Women Under Glass: The Secret Nature of Glass Ceilings and the Steps to Overcome Them was written Eric Shoars, Ph.D.  and is now available from Amazon and other retailers. From the publisher:

Dying Light Story Trailer

Last Friday, a story trailer for Dying Light was show at The Game Awards. (Click on the link above to watch.) It highlights the story and voice acting, all of which was recorded at Double RR Studios.  Double RR has had a long association with Techland, including Dead Island and all four Call of Juarez games. Dying Light will be released on January 27th for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.

Roger Craig Smith, who stars as the lead character, Kyle Crane, had this to say about the game. “Going into Dying Light, I was blown away by the visuals of the game and was surprised by such a mature, intense script. I’m honored Techland let me be a small part of this gritty tale of survival. Can’t wait to see people’s reactions when they find out what’s really going on in the story and I can’t wait to play the game myself!”

Dying Light is the next huge project from Techland, the same developers we worked for the long-running Call of Juarez series and the 2 game sand DLC content for the Dead Island series. This time they are being published by Warner Bros. Interactive and for the second year in a row, they had a huge presence at E3, this time with a playable demo on the floor!
